Step 1: we get to know each other
My simple process for growth consulting is: we spend a day together working out what needs to be done.
In the morning I ask you loads of questions and dig into the details of your company and specific challenges. Then in the afternoon we whiteboard possible solutions and ways we can tackle the problem.
I look for fundamental problems and try and identify fundamental solutions. No one likes addressing fundamental problems, but its OK, I can help you through it.
Step 2: we do whatever needs to be done
We pick our strategy, choose simple and clear KPIs and then we do the work.
I’ll help you and your team through each step of the journey and show you how to manage, measure and turn our work into repeatable systems that you can apply on a day to day basis.
