Google Survey 360 – $36,000 per year for a black box
I investigated Google Survey 360 hoping to use if for product research. Its not useful, but here is what I found anyway
They quoted cost of Google Survey 360 is $3000 per month, for a year. So you need to commit to a $36000 annual spend
I will update this if I get a further response from my enquiries to the Google Surveys team
There were 5 main benefits of Google Survey 360 over the normal Google Surveys
Advanced geographic targeting: Target your surveys by area code. Google 360 Surveys with zip or area code targeting are available in US, UK, Germany, France, Spain and Australia
Occupation and industry targeting: Target your surveys to occupations and industries such as business professionals, healthcare professionals or stay-at-home parents. The rep told me this was no longer offered. But that Google project managers can create a custom panel for me instead. For example like people working for a certain industry
Custom panels: Create a custom panel of respondents who represent the ideal audience for your surveys, such as graduated students in law school. You can revisit that audience for additional surveys in the future, eliminating the need for screening questions. Google Managers do this creation. As far as I can tell, you have to take their word for it
Remarketing: User list targeting allows you to reach the right people at the right time, gain deeper insight into the ‘why’ and ‘how’ to complement campaign metrics and measure campaign awareness
Expanded Question types: Google Surveys have 3 question type while Google Survey 360 has 14.

- video surveys
So basically Google Survey 360 have hidden the actually useful targeting and have created a situation where they cant even tell you what the targeting is, but that a project manager will make some selections in the background, based on what you tell them about the audience you want. Maybe
